The way that they handled this costume in
the movie was a great piece of writing!
Instead of sending the only super soldier off to fight in the war they
wanted to lock him in a lab to study and attempt to recreate the serum. Instead Cap hooks up helping to tour the
country selling war bonds and helping to keep the countries moral high!
